When you select a picture, the process whirrs into action to create that especially for you - each item is custom made to give you what you select.
This means that we cannot accept ‘Returns’ - when you choose something, it is made for you. If you then find that it doesn’t match your curtains, or if your loved one doesn’t really like it, I’m sure you will find somewhere else to put it!
Detail - this exception is made under the UK Consumer Contracts Act 2013 which gives exemption from the usual 14-day cooling-off period for custom-made goods.
